How We Help
What Makes Our 401(K) Services Special?

A Solo 401(k) is an employer adopted retirement plan and is only for business owners who have no other full-time employees other than the owner(s) and their spouse.

A Solo 401(k) does not require a third-party custodian or administrator like an IRA, however, one may be used. The business owner may act as the Trustee of the Solo 401(k).

The Solo 401(k) funds may be deposited and held in a bank checking account for the Solo 401(k), which the 401(k) owner may have control and signing authority over as Trustee of the Solo 401(k).

Solo 401(k)s are exempt from UDFI on leveraged real estate holdings.
