Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the trifecta diagram?

A: The trifecta diagram will include the overall business structure recommended by one of our attorneys. All of your assets, businesses, retirement accounts, estate, etc. will be included in this extensive diagram. This will not only include recommendations for immediate structural changes and/or upgrades, but will also act as a roadmap for actions your attorney recommends taking in the future with regard to your goals as well.

Q: What will I get out of the consultation?

A: During your consultation, your attorney will analyze your situation in depth using reference materials our schedulers gather before-hand and make recommendations on how to structure your business entity. Along with this advice, your attorney will talk future goals and discuss what needs to be put in place in order to make those future goals a reality. These future moves will then be converted into a diagram which will be a visual representation of what you and the attorney discussed should happen for years to come.

Q: I don’t know if I need an LLC or an S-Corporation

A: When setting up a business entity with KKOS, we start the process by scheduling a time for you to meet with one of our attorneys to get these types of questions answered. Our attorneys are well-equipped to give you thorough advice on how to structure your business per your specific situation, where to incorporate, and much, much more that will all be covered during your first consultation.

Q: Can you help me if I’m in a different state?

A: Yes, our attorneys have been working with clients nationwide for years and are well equipped to discuss business entity formation, estate planning, retirement planning, etc. for any state. Our firm has implemented and streamlined the process of holding virtual consultations so we can offer service to anyone across the country.
