Comprehensive Entity Set-Up

Refunds are only available before the consultation has taken place. Once a consult has taken place, the attorney’s billable time is non-refundable. The included entity, clean-up, or amendment must be requested by the client within 90 days of the consultation.

Comprehensive Tax & Business Consultation

Once the consultation has taken place a refund is not available.

Business Entity Services

A refund is not available once documents have been sent and/or consultation has taken place. Once a consult has ocurred, the attorney’s billable time is non-refundable Any state filing fees and registered agent fee for documents not yet filed are available for a refund.

Estate Planning Services

A refund is not available after the consultation has occurred.

Self-Directed & Solo 401(k) Services

A refund is not available once documents have been sent and/or consultation has taken place. Any state filing fees and registered agent fee for documents not yet filed are available for a refund.

Company Maintenance Services

Once annual services are rendered no refunds will be issued. Any state renewal that has not been renewed at the time of cancellation is available for a refund.

990-T & 5500’s Tax Return filing

Fees are due upon returning a signed copy of the engagement letter. All charges for tax return preparation are due and payable prior to the release of the return to the client or the filing of the return. A refund is not available once the tax return has been prepared​.

All Other Services Billed as a Flat Fee

Flat fees are earned upon draft of documents that are requested by the client. For services that include a consultation, fees are earned upon the consultation between the client and the attorney.

Attorneys Billable Time

Please know that our attorney’s bill for their time. This can be by Virtual or In-person, Phone, Email, and/or anytime spent reviewing documents, researching, or collaborating with others

Credits

After one year, if any approved credit on your account is not used, it will remain as a credit that can be used towards any future service at the Law Firm. Cash Refunds after a year will not be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or appointments canceled without 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee for the meeting time reserved at the attorney’s hourly rate.
