Up to a one Hour Attorney consultation to draft all necessary documents and file forms with the state and IRS. Also includes corporate seals and stock certificates, an operating agreement and a leather binder for safe keeping. Mailing charges, and publication costs are included.
From $1,200 + state filing fees
IRA/LLC Multi Member
Up to a one Hour Attorney consultation to draft all necessary documents and file forms with the state and IRS. Also includes corporate seals and stock certificates, an operating agreement and a leather binder for safe keeping. Mailing charges, and publication costs are included.

401K SERVICES
Full Service Solo 401(k)
Includes the Solo 401k set up and all the docs you need and you will be scheduled a one hour consult with an attorney so that you can be fully versed in Self-Directing and can ask your attorney questions about how the Solo 401k and set-up along the way.
Starting at $995
Documents Only
Includes the Solo 401k set up and all the docs you need, but no consult. A good option for those who know what they are doing or who are relying on their CPA or other advisors for questions. If assistance is required, it is billed hourly by the paralegal or attorney.

IRA Tax Return Filing
990-T Tax Return Preparation & Filing
Upon receipt of your Quickbooks or other bookkeeping files, we will prepare and file a 990-T Tax Return for your IRA. The fee range varies depending on the number of properties or sources of income. We can quote you once we know the activity in your IRA. Consult time with firm lawyers is billed separately.
From $750 + Attorney Billing Time & State filing fees
UBIT Bookkeeping
If bookkeeping is required to file the return then bookkeeping will be billed at an hourly rate of $100.
This service would be delegated to our sister company K&E Accounting.

UBIT/UDFI Tax Analysis
If you are planning on entering into an investment where UBIT or UDFI tax may be due, we can run an analysis of the investment and planned income and returns to calculate what UBIT or UDFI Tax may be due.
