Ashley’s Work at KKOS Lawyers

• My work at KKOS primarily focuses on educating business owners, real estate investors, and other real estate professionals about the importance of choosing the right entity for their business, succession planning, and the many tax-saving strategies that they can implement.

  When meeting with clients, I provide a comprehensive breakdown of their financial picture, including their estate plan, earned/operational income, and passive income—the Trifecta.

  My work also focuses on setting up self-directed IRA/LLCs and self-directed Solo 401(k)/LLCs, advising on the legal and tax implications of using retirement funds to invest in real estate, crypto, and other non-traditional assets.

  Not only have I formed hundreds of business entities, but I have also conducted numerous entity cleanups, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and helping businesses avoid potential legal and tax issues.

  Throughout my time at KKOS, I have been invited to speak at several engagements. I genuinely enjoy teaching others the importance of these topics.
