Lee’s Work at KKOS Lawyers

• My legal practice focuses on assisting individuals and entrepreneurs with their business structuring, tax, and estate planning, and asset protection needs. I also assist clients wishing to establish the appropriate retirement account for their needs and on the rules for self-directing their retirement into alternative investments. I also maintain a California real estate broker’s license and advise clients on their real estate investments.
• With over ten years of experience at KKOS Lawyers, I have established hundreds of business entities, estate plans, and solo 401Ks and advise clients on coordinating all of these elements within their overall financial structure. I have also assisted clients with their transactions including partnership agreements, real estate contracts, and business agreements.
• Prior to joining the firm, my practice was devoted 100% to litigation and have tried cases and appeals in California, both Federal and State. Although KKOS Lawyers does not focus on litigation, I offer clients a perspective that can help avoid or maximize their success should a
  dispute ever arise.

• I am married with two boys and enjoy spending time with them and nurturing their development
• I enjoy the outdoors and being active, playing sports, skiing and snowboarding, and biking.
