- For the past 15 years, I’ve built and sold companies, giving me a practical, real-world perspective on what it takes to grow something valuable—and what can threaten it if the legal and tax foundation isn’t done right. I work with individuals, families, and business owners to design clear, durable strategies through business formation and structuring, estate planning, tax planning, and long-term legal planning that supports growth while reducing unnecessary risk.
- I’m passionate about helping Main Street Americans create side-hustle opportunities and build lasting financial security, whether they’re starting their first business or expanding an existing one. My focus is protecting assets, creating continuity, and giving clients confidence that their business, wealth, and legacy are positioned to last.

- I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me watching or playing sports, getting outdoors whenever I can, and recharging in the mountains, on the water, or anywhere that feels a little removed from the daily grind.
