I have structured hundreds of new and existing businesses, including LLCs and S-Corporations, providing strategic guidance to my clients on choosing the right entity for their business.
I also specialize in real estate, passive income, and investment strategy, helping clients maximize tax benefits, asset protection, and administrative efficiency.
One of our core services is estate planning, which includes setting up revocable living trusts, ensuring efficient wealth transfer, and avoiding probate.
My focus is on helping investors build wealth through retirement strategies. I specialize in advising on the legal and tax implications of using retirement funds to invest in real estate, crypto, and other non-traditional assets, via self-directed accounts like IRA/LLCs and Solo(k)s.
Prior to working with KKOS, I had years of professional experience in comprehensive estate planning, developing strategies for complex tax issues, and assisting clients in building wealth.

I love golf, ice hockey, skiing, and most importantly, quality time with family and friends. I am engaged to my fiancé Lindsey, and we have a Frenchie named Zeke.
