Deven Munns
My focus at KKOS is on complex tax strategies and asset protection structures. My clients are typically small to medium-sized business owners who are paying too much in taxes and are looking to protect themselves from the risks of running their businesses. Using a comprehensive approach to tax and legal planning, I help clients better understand the tax and legal issues they face and take control of their business so they can grow without being burdened by risk and high taxes.
I have been with KKOS for over 5 years and in that time have helped thousands of clients restructure their businesses and have saved my clients millions in Federal and State taxes. Prior to working with KKOS, my main area of practice was Civil Litigation Defense. This experience taught me the importance of a strong corporate veil and a competent asset protection strategy.

Outside of KKOS
My family is my life and everything I do is for them. I have a wonderful, beautiful, and devoted wife and four kind, brilliant, and talented children. I am passionate about the welfare of our youth and volunteer as a coach, teacher, and advisor for youth football teams and other groups.
My hobbies mainly circle around spending time with one or more members of my family: long backpacking trips, whitewater kayaking, and competitive target shooting with my wife, as well as day hikes, paddle-boarding, archery, and snowboarding with my children.
Entrepreneurs at heart, my wife and I have owned five successful businesses in the areas of carpentry, sales, landscaping, education, and real estate.
A member of a military family, I hold our armed forces personnel in the highest regard. I volunteer for various veterans groups and am a strong supporter of our active-duty military members. Please bring up your military service on our call and ask me about a military discount.
