Creating a trust or LLC does not automatically change ownership of your real estate. We prepare the appropriate deed to move qualifying property into the structure that is intended to own it.

Real estate transfers may require additional state- or county-specific forms beyond the deed itself. We prepare the applicable documents needed to complete the transfer.
