• My work at KKOS focuses primarily on estate planning and business structuring. I help entrepreneurs navigate through their needs for entity formation, asset protection, and control over their personal and business assets. I enjoy educating clients about the importance of choosing the right entity for their business and the many tax saving strategies that can be implemented.
