Q: What's the difference between the Estate Plan and the Comprehensive Estate Plan?
A: While both of these services include the formation of a revocable living trust, the Comprehensive Estate Plan includes an additional half-hour with an attorney (total of two hours) and a personalized Trifecta Diagram outlining the recommendations of an attorney on not only estate planning, but tax and business planning as well.
Q: Are the two hours of time with the attorney scheduled together or separately?
A: First a one hour consultation will be scheduled, then, after documents have been drafted, you and the attorney will meet for the additional hour to review and wrap everything up before finalization.
Q: Is the entity setup included?
A: The setup of any business entities depicted in the Trifecta Diagram you will receive with this service are not included in the price for the Comprehensive Estate Plan.
