Existing Client Referrals

Connecting existing clients with KKOS Lawyers. Use the referral form, or hand the client directly to their Legal Assistant.

1. Referral form (all sales leads)

Complete the referral form below to connect a new or existing client with KKOS Lawyers. This form routes the client to the proper team depending on their needs.

2. Direct referral to a Legal Assistant (existing clients only)

Find the Legal Assistant for the attorney the client has been working with in the Client Services Team below, then connect them by phone or with this email template:

Hello again {client name},

Thank you for your time over the phone earlier. I appreciate it. Per our conversation, I would like to connect you with your Legal Assistant {associate name}. They will be best equipped to assist you. I have CC’d them here to continue your correspondence.

{Associate name}, {client name} ({client phone number}) is interested in learning more about {service}. They have worked with {Attorney} previously. When you are available, would you please reach out to them? If I’ve missed any notes from our conversation, please reply here to share with {associate name}.

Their biggest priority is {list key priority/priorities} and their timeline on this is {timeline}.
