• Consult with Attorney up to 1.5 Hour regarding business entity structuring and entity tax issues (new or existing).
• Includes a new single-member entity set-up or clean-up or amendments to an existing entity.

LLC Entity Formation

• LLC Set-Up with state and all required docs.
• Consult with an Attorney up to 1 hour on legal and tax and questions for the new entity.
• We file all docs with state, obtain IRS EIN, and complete operating agreement, minutes, and corporate book.

Comprehensive Estate Plan

• Revocable Living Trust and Will planning your estate and avoiding probate.
• Trifecta diagram and consult with Attorney up to 2 hours on your estate and trifecta plan with action items and recommendations to properly execute your plans for your estate and loved ones.
• Includes trust, wills, powers of attorney finances and health care, advance directive/living wills, and other ancillary docs.

IRA/LLC Set-Up (aka, checkbook control IRA)

• Set-up of IRA owned LLC (or 401k/LLC) with all necessary IRA docs required by IRA custodians who allows for IRA/LLCs
• Consult with Attorney up to 1 Hour on IRA/LLC and self-directed questions regarding the planned use of the IRA/LLC.
• Includes IRA LLC operating agreement and specific clauses IRA custodians require for an IRA or 401k to own an LLC. We file with state, obtain EIN, and prepare company minutes and corporate book.
