Nolan is an associate attorney at the Phoenix, Arizona office of Kyler Kohler Ostermiller, and Sorensen, LLP (“KKOS Lawyers”). Nolan’s practice areas include real estate, self-directed IRA law, business entity formation, tax matters and estate planning. Nolan is a zealous advocate for his clients and has a passion for finding solutions to their problems and his experience in the law is broad. His experience prior to joining KKOS lawyers allowed him to focus on representing small and large corporations in many facets of the law, including litigation, tax matters, bankruptcy, and estate planning for individuals.
At KKOS, he helps establish new business entities across the country for clients while incorporating tax planning to ease tax obligations. He also advises clients on self-directed IRA matters including prohibited transactions, UBIT, and UDFI tax. Additionally, He advises clients on Solo 401k’s and helping them implement that strategy into their business and personal estate plan.
Nolan is a member of the Arizona State Bar and the Idaho State Bar. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in both Arizona and Idaho. Nolan graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law and obtained a Master’s Degree in Accounting Tax from Boise State University at the same time. He resides in the East Valley with his family. When he isn’t here, he enjoys time with his wife, kids, and golf clubs.
